But if this form of contact does not suit you and you prefer to use an online chat, you only have to click on the option "Contact us" that is displayed at the bottom of this same screen. Afterwards, several forms of contact will appear: by phone or “start chat”. The chat is available from Monday to Sunday (including holidays) from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Note that it will not always show up. There are times when it does not appear as a contact option. Everything depends on the saturation they have in those moments.
