How to get the information in box 440 for the 2016 Income declaration

The campaign to present the 2016 Income tax return begins . If you are a taxpayer, you have to get down to work to prepare all the documentation and fulfill your obligations as a citizen. The first thing you will have to do is request the draft, a document that you have available from the Income 2016 page itself.

How to get the data from box 440

The reference number is a code with which you can download the draft and access, a posteriori, all the operations that you can carry out from the Tax Agency website. You can request it through the page. You just have to access this link from the 2016 Income Campaign. Click on RENO to obtain the reference number.

One option is to request it  through the Cl @ ve number , a code that the Tax Agency will provide you to carry out operations over the Internet. In fact, it is most likely that in this last week you have received a letter indicating this number.

But if you have last year's statement, everything will be easier for you. And you will only need the information in box 440 of the 2015 Income Statement.

If you have the printed document, you will find it there. It is on page number five of the return and corresponds to the general taxable base subject to tax [(435) - (436)]. This is the number that you have to enter in the box.

Click on the link Box 440 Income 2015. Next, a form will open in which you can enter your personal data (name, surname, ID and, of course, the number in box 440). You will also have to insert your mobile phone number. By clicking on Get Reference, you will receive on your mobile the reference code that will be used to carry out all the operations of the 2016 Income campaign.

What if I can't find this number?

Retrieve the 2015 Income Statement by going to an office of the Tax Agency. But if the tax return was presented to you by the manager, you have to keep it and you will find the number there without any problem.

If you have the Cl @ ve number or have the electronic certificate system enabled, you can try this other system. And remember to save the statement from last year so you don't have problems next year.
