GIFs

Inserting GIFs into Outlook messages costs a bit more, but it's still a simple task. Here we do not have a GIF section as we can have on Twitter or more recently on WhatsApp. What we have to do is, first, locate the GIF on Google or some GIF source like Giphy, and then download it to our hard drive.

With this step taken, we return to Outlook. In our menu editor, to the left of the icon Smiley   we find an icon gallery . We mark it, and there we select Team. This will open a tab where we can access our hard drive. We look for the place where we have downloaded the GIF, and we mark it. Now we have our GIF in the Outlook message.
