Samsung has presented, in a very discreet way, the renewal of two of its most basic terminals. The chosen ones have been the Samsung Galaxy J3 and the Samsung Galaxy J7. The new version of the terminals maintains a very similar design and characteristics in both models. The most interesting perhaps is the Samsung Galaxy J7 2018, a basic terminal that offers a classic design and simple operation . An ideal mobile for those who seek not to spend too much but prefer to opt for a recognized brand. We are going to review the little data we have on this device and later we will expand.
We start with the design. We have a very similar finish to the one we saw on the Samsung Galaxy J7 2017. The back cover is still metallic , but the marks on the antennas have disappeared. Otherwise all the same. The camera is kept in the center and just below the Samsung logo.
Ahead, very few changes, if not none. The frames are maintained, both above and below the screen. In the upper one we have the front camera and in the lower one the fingerprint reader . On the sides of it the navigation buttons.
Few changes in the photographic section
To be honest, we know little at the moment at a technical level about the new terminal. Samsung has only published that it has a 5.5-inch screen with HD resolution . That is, in principle it could be the same Super AMOLED panel that equips its predecessor.
We also have information on the photographic section. The Samsung Galaxy J7 2018 equips a 13 megapixel main camera with f / 1.7 aperture . In addition, it is a very interesting terminal for lovers of selfies, since on the front it has a camera with 13 megapixels and aperture f / 1.9 .
On a technical level, the cameras are identical to those of the 2017 model. We do not know if Samsung has applied some kind of improvement at the software level.
As we said, we have no more information about this terminal. The only thing that the manufacturer has confirmed is that the Samsung Galaxy J7 2018 will be compatible with Samsung Knox multilayer protection . We will update as we learn more information.
