Samsung Pay allows holders of certain Samsung terminals to make payments through mobile phones in practically any establishment that supports contactless card payments. The service went live in June 2016 and has been growing ever since. But in addition to credit and debit cards from certain banks, Samsung Pay also supports multiple customer cards. The El Corte Inglés purchase card becomes one of the credit cards compatible with Samsung Pay . Thus, it joins the cards of Banco Santander, CaixaBank, ImaginBank, Abanca and Banco Sabadell. The first thing to know is if we have a device compatible with Samsung Pay . We need one of these devices:

If we have one of these mobiles, the updated software and the El Corte Inglés card, we can use Samsung Pay. If the default application does not appear, we can enter the application store and download it . Once installed, when we open it, we will see a short video that will explain how the system works.
Once the video has been viewed, it will inform us of the ID of the Samsung account that is going to be used and it will notify us of the accesses that the application will make. We accept the conditions, we mark everything as read and on the next screen we choose the security system. Once the fingerprint has been verified and a backup PIN has been placed in case we ever have a problem with the fingerprint, we will have the main screen of the application before us .
How to register the El Corte Inglés card on your mobile
Setting up Samsung Pay and adding the El Corte Inglés card is very simple. The only thing we will have to do is access the applications menu and search for Samsung Pay. If we have never used it, everything discussed above will appear.
Once inside the Samsung Pay app we will see the option to "Add card" . We will scan the El Corte Inglés Purchase card and accept the terms of service. After registering the card, we will receive an SMS to verify it. And we already have the card registered.
How to pay with the El Corte Inglés card
Once the card is registered, using it is just as easy. When we go to pay we only have to slide our finger up to access the card . When the card appears, we will have to validate the purchase with the fingerprint scanner, the iris scanner or the PIN that we have configured. Once validated, we will bring the terminal to the dataphone as if it were a credit or debit card. It is done! The payment will have been made.
After the purchase we will receive a notification that will inform us of the payment . We can also access all the details of the purchase made.
