YouTube is the video streaming service par excellence. There we can find thousands of videos of practically any subject that we imagine. However, to watch these videos we will need to be connected to the Internet . It is possible that, at some time, for whatever reason, we need to keep some of the YouTube videos on our local hard drive to play it later without being connected to the network. Either because we are following a course and we want to see it offline, because we want to download music, because we want to have the videos of the children's drawings on the tablet or for any other reason, we are going to review 5 web pages that will allow us to download the Youtube videos to our computer to be able to see them offline.

We started our review with a website with a very clear name, downloadyoutube.com . Its operation is really simple. The first thing we will have to do is go to the official YouTube website and look for the video that we want to download. When we have it , simply we go to the top and copy the video link .
Once the video link is copied, we will go to the downloadyoutube.com website and paste the link in the white bar that appears on the page. After pasting the link, click on Download . The web page will show us several download options. We can download in the different resolutions available to YouTube , and also in various formats , such as MP4 , 3GP , WEBM or even convert it into an MP3 music file .
The more resolution we choose, the more the video will occupy, but the better it will look. Once we are clear in which format we want to download it, we will press the green link and the download will automatically begin.
ClipConverter.cc
With a very similar operation we also have the website ClipConverter.cc . ClipConverter is a free web application to convert multimedia that allows you to use almost any audio or video web address to the most common formats. Of course YouTube is one of the supported services, it also allows us to download content in any resolution, from 720p to videos with 4K resolution . As we said, its operation is just as simple. All we have to do is copy the address of the video and paste it into the black bar that we see on the ClipConverter website .
Once the video link is placed, we will have to select if we want to download it directly or if we want to convert it into one of the available formats. We can convert it to an MP3, M4A or AAC audio file ; or convert it to an MP4, 3GP, AVI or MOV video file . Once we have selected what we want to do, we will click on Continue . We will open several advertisements first, but then we will have the option to choose the quality of the video and we can even put the name we want. Once the data is filled in, we will click on Start .
Bajaryoutube
Another of the web pages with a quite explanatory name. Like the first two options, the download in Bajaryoutube is really simple, although we will have to be careful not to fall into the infinite advertising that appears on the page. The first thing we will have to do is go to the official YouTube website , copy the link of the video that interests us and click on "Search and download" . Once copied, we will go to the commented web page and paste the link. We will be able to download videos in various resolutions, from Full HD 1080p to 144p resolutions in MP4, FLV, 3GP and WEBM formats ; as well as converting the videos into music files in MP3 and M4A formats .
Keep an eye out! To download the video we must not click on the multiple buttons that says download, but we will have to click on a link on the right that says "See download links" . When you press, the links will appear to download the file in the format we prefer, even with the option of converting it into an MP3 file in musical form.
When you click on any of the links, the file will begin to download automatically.
Savefrom.net
We continue with the review of the web pages that allow us to download YouTube videos without installing any program. Another of the simplest options we have found is the Savefrom.net website . To use it we can enter the web page and paste the link, as we have done in the rest of the pages; Or, we can enter YouTube and, in the web address, delete “// www” and write “ss” .
By doing so we will directly enter the Savefrom.net page with the video already prepared for download. In the same Download button we will have a drop-down available to select the format in which we want to download the video. The most common ones are included, such as MP4 , WebM or 3GP . Something curious, which we have not seen on other pages, is that Savefrom.net allows you to download the video in an MP4 file but without sound , perfect if we want to do some kind of montage.
This page also offers us the possibility of downloading a browser extension that will allow us to download the videos with the push of a button.
Force Download
We finished this selection with the Force Download web service . To download the video we will have to go to the official YouTube website and look for the video that we are interested in downloading. Once located, we will copy the address that appears in the browser's address bar and paste it on the Force Download page , just where it says "Paste the internet address of the video here . " Once pasted, we will click on "Select the format" .
By clicking on "Select the format" , and after opening some other advertising window, a new window will open in which we can choose the format with which we want to download the video. This page does not offer us as many options as the others we have mentioned, being able to download the video in MP4 or MP3 as only audio . When selecting the format, a new pop-up window will appear asking us to register to download without speed limit.
We can continue to download without registering . We will only have to click on "Continue without registering" . When pressing, after a few seconds of waiting, we will see a new screen in which we will have a small green bar that indicates the status of the download, as well as a warning that warns us again that the download if we do not register could be very slow.
In short, five web pages that will allow us to download YouTube videos without having to install any application, simply by copying the web address of the video we want to download. Most of them will even allow us to convert the video online to one of the most used formats, such as MP4 or 3GP . We can even use most of these services to download only the audio of the video in an MP3 file , very useful if we want to download the music of a specific video. Of course, we must bear in mind that the audio will include all the sounds that are heard in the video.
