The Canon PIXMA MG5350 is a new all-in-one that combines a photo-quality printer , scanner and copier in one product. It allows you to print from anywhere in the house because it has wireless connectivity via Wi-Fi (802.11 b / g / n). All functions are operated from the small 7.5 centimeter LCD-TFT touch screen. You can automatically print and copy two-sided .
The printer achieves a maximum resolution of 9,600 by 2,400 dpi (dots per inch). It is an inkjet with a FINE print head and the five cartridges can be replaced independently. It prints directly from memory cards , and its slot is compatible with MS, MS Pro, SD, SDHC, MMC, MMC Plus, MS Duo, and MS Pro Duo.
Save the user editing time with the Auto Photo Fix II function , which corrects minor deficiencies in contrast, brightness, saturation, and tones in digital photos. You can print borderless, fit to page, or print to scale (20 to 400 percent). It even prints on CD, DVD and BD discs . As for print speed, a 10 by 15-centimeter borderless photo is ready in 20 seconds.
When scanning documents , it performs advanced image analysis to separate text from images and apply automatic adjustments by zones. The automatic scan mode is activated with a single click, which detects whether it is a document or a photo. In the end the result is saved in JPEG for the images and in PDF for the rest. It has a USB 2.0 port , and Bluetooth 2.0 can be added to it with the optional BU-30 accessory. Starting in September, the Canon PIXMA MG5350 multifunction machine will be available in European stores.
