Outlook, Microsoft's email service formerly called Hotmail, is not working properly. Users have reported login failures with a 401 error. The reports began early this morning in Spain. But yesterday the service did not work in other parts of the world either. The company ensures that this problem has reached saturation of 95 percent of its servers , so the platform may take a while to return to normal.
