How to check your 2018 tax data through the Treasury website

UPDATE: You can now see the fiscal data for 2019 and also the Government has confirmed that the dates of the Declaration are maintained

Do you need to check your 2019 tax data? You can do it in a simple way through the Treasury website. This way you will be able to know your tax address, economic activities, listing regime and more, from the same portal. We tell you the steps to do it.

First, you must go to the Treasury website. If you want, you can directly access the 2019 tax data consultation portal from here. Or, on the Tax Agency page > Citizens section> Income 2019 and in the section that says 'Check your tax data' .

The second option, which says 'Check your tax details', is the one you must select.

A small window will automatically open with the different ways to access our data . We can log in through the electronic certificate or DNI, with the cl @ ve PIN or with our reference number.

  • In the event that you access with the DNI or electronic certificate: before accessing your NIF will appear. Check if it is correct and press Access.
  • If you log in with your cl @ ve PIN:  you will receive a new password, which is the one you have to enter.
  • If you do it through the reference: you should use the one from the last statement. In case you don't have it, you can click on the box that says 'I have no reference'.

Once the session is started you will be able to check all the tax data that the Treasury currently has. The identifiers will appear first. That is, your NIF, name and surname. Then, your tax address, economic activities, census data on activities and contributions to special regimes. Finally, the fractional payments of companies and professionals.

Check the 2019 tax data from the app

You can also check the tax data from the application. You can download it for free from Google Play or the App Store. Then log in with your reference number. Once inside, click on Income 2019 and click on the option that says 'Tax Data'. It is likely that they will ask you again for your NIF, code or reference number. Finally, you will be able to see the different sections, such as identification data, tax address, economic activities and more.

It's that simple to check the tax data. Remember that, even if they are from the year 2019, they are the ones that the Treasury currently has in its database . If you need to modify any, you must do so from the option that says 'My census data'. Once inside, you can modify the tax address and other data so that the Tax Agency updates them.
