The Income 2019 campaign is about to start. The coronavirus crisis will not prevent citizens from meeting their tax obligations like every spring. In fact, as of tomorrow, declarations will be able to be submitted electronically, as was done last year and in previous campaigns.
However, since last March 23, taxpayers have the option of consulting tax data. It is a good way to have the return prepared in advance and to be able to present the final one as soon as possible.
In this article, we will tell you how to obtain the reference number to be able to access your data and manage the entire Income 2019 campaign. We must remind you that this code will help you to make any type of query related to this year's return. Even when it has already been presented, this same reference number will be used to make any questions related to the return or even to make modifications, if they are necessary.
How to get the reference number of Income 2019
Let's see. The first thing we recommend to carry out all the procedures is to download the application of the Tax Agency for Income. You have it available for both iOS and Android. It is free, so forget about downloading any other application that is paid and that is not official. Just in case, we have provided you with the appropriate links.
1. First, access to the page 2019 Income Tax Agency.
2. Once inside, you have to click on the link Get your reference number . You will need to enter your ID and the validity date.
3. If you are registered in the Cl @ VE System you can obtain a code and it will no longer be necessary for you to enter with a reference number. But if you are here it is because you need this number, so we go directly to the number in question. Click on the link Get reference with box 505 .
4. This is the time to go and rescue your tax return from last year, that is, the one corresponding to the year 2018. Look for the number that box 505 contains. It is the one that corresponds to the general taxable base submitted to assessment. Enter the number.
A helpful hint: this number should be entered with periods to separate the thousands and with the corresponding commas. For example, like this: 30,000.25 . Do not include spaces or strange symbols, beyond what you touch for a number like this. Otherwise, you will have problems.
5. If everything is correct, you will instantly obtain the reference number (in reality it is a code) to access all your Income 2019 procedures, including the consultation of tax data. We recommend that you keep this code until the end of the campaign, in case you have to do any additional management or check the status of the return, for example.
You can now access your tax data. Now go back to the home page of the Tax Agency for Income 2019 and click on Check tax data . Choose Access identifying yourself with Reference, enter your DNI or NIE and the reference number that you have obtained. Hit the access button.
The first thing that the system will ask you to do is confirm your residence address. You can click on RATIFY if it is correct or choose Modify , in case you need to make any changes. From there you will access all your tax data and from April 1 you will be able to present the Income.
