To date, all those taxpayers who have wanted to present their 2019 income tax return have been able to do so through the internet. The state of alarm, which is still in force, has not allowed the Tax Agency offices to open. But things will change in the next few days. And it is that, from today June 5, citizens have the option of requesting an appointment to make the statement at their nearest office .
Although it is true that the information that still appears on the Agency's website is not entirely correct, the procedures in the offices may start from next Monday, June 8, and until June 30, 2020 , as usual every year. In fact, in this campaign, despite the fact that the state of alarm has prevented the provision of this face-to-face service for about a month (it had to start on May 7), the Tax Agency will not extend the term.
So much so that the rest of the dates and deadlines stipulated for the 2019 Income campaign remain intact. Today is less than a month so you can file the return. So, if you need face-to-face care, hurry up to make your appointment as soon as possible.
How to make an appointment to make the 2019 Income
The possibility of requesting a prior appointment to file the 2019 Income Statement in person opens from Friday, June 5, and closes on June 29, 2020. Once the appointment is registered, face-to-face assistance will start from 8 June to June 30, 2020 .
You can make a prior appointment through the phone numbers set up for this purpose: 91 553 0071 or 901 22 33 44 , always from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday. The registered appointment must be respected and from there, go on the day and at the time indicated with all the necessary documentation to make the income statement and equipped with the appropriate protection measures.
Another way to request an appointment to make the declaration is through the web. All you have to do is access the website of the Tax Agency and in the section dedicated to Income, click on the Prior Income Appointment button. First you will have to identify yourself and you can do it through two ways: with a certificate, Cl @ ve or Reference or with data from your DNI / NIE. The latter is the fastest option, because you only have to enter your DNI or NIE and the date of validity or issue.
If you prefer, you can also request your appointment through the app. If you have not downloaded it yet, you should know that it is available for both iOS and Android. All you have to do is identify yourself with your reference number (here you have clear instructions on how to obtain and enter it) and access the sections Income 2019> Prior appointment. From here you can get a day and an hour to process the declaration.

It is a face-to-face appointment, so you will only have one opportunity to get the documentation ready and be able to formalize the declaration once and for all. It is important that, in addition to your identification documents (DNI, NIE or Family Book, in case any verification is necessary), you take a folder with all the documentation you may need and that it verifies any changes or operations carried out during the year 2019.
In this way, the person who attends you at the Tax Agency will be able to quickly verify your data and make any necessary changes on the fly. It is also a good way to avoid more trips and save time.
