The Sony Xperia Z audio configuration options can be found in the Settings section , within the Sounds menu . When we enter this option, the first thing we see are two boxes called Clear Phase and xLOUD. The first consists of an automatic adjustment of the speaker volume , so that a softer result is achieved and the frequencies are more balanced - the bass does not distort and the treble is heard clearer. On the other hand xLOUD allows the volume of the music to be higher without distorting it, generating a more enveloping sound.With these two functions activated we can listen to our favorite songs clearly and clearly. To begin with, the difference when using Clear Phase and xLOUD is remarkable, but the truth is that if we set the volume to the maximum, sharpness is lost, it is much better to maintain a medium-high level to appreciate the improvements. It has also caught our attention that the speaker is practically silenced if we place a finger on it, in addition to its position (on the right side) it is quite easy to pass but it is not a serious problem either.
