The smileys are a very useful and graphical way to illustrate our chat conversations. Ending a message with a smiling or angry face helps to emphasize our attitude and almost all messaging services have a series of small icons of this type. Facebook chat also has emoticons , although it must be said that they are very simple and the variety is not very wide , until now. A few months ago the company introduced new emoticons in its applications for Apple's Android or iOS mobile phones and tablets, they called them stickers . These icons are much largerthan the classic emoticons but could only be used when we were connected through the mobile or tablet. Finally Facebook has included this feature in the version for web browsers and now all users can send stickers to their contacts.
From today, any user who enters Facebook from the Internet browser can display the icon panel and insert stickers in their messages. The stickers are considerably larger than normal icons and have a much more fun and expressive design than the typical smiley face. To be able to insert stickers, just press the icon to access the emoticons and they will appear in the same window as before - it doesn't matter if we do it from the chat or in a message window. If you look at the top of this little pop-up window there are several tabs. The first one has the most classic stickers , those with a yellow facewith different expressions. But there is also another tab with the Pusheen cat , this pack of stickers is also downloaded by default and shows different attitudes of this well-known gray cat. Finally there is a third tab with the classic emoticons that we had before.
The most interesting thing about the stickers is that there are up to 15 packages available to download completely free of charge, to see the entire catalog just press the button in the upper right corner that has the icon of a shopping basket. A pop-up window will open with all the available downloads, as we said at the moment there are fifteen packs, with the two already pre-installed by default. Among the offer of icons we have the characters of "Gru, my favorite villain" and others such as cacti, tigers, skulls or rabbits, all of them with a very funny appearance and much more elaborate than what we were used to on Facebook . It is expected thatLittle by little the sticker store increases as new designers upload their work, but for now there is already a very interesting variety. Without a doubt, thanks to this novelty, we will be able to illustrate our messages to make them more dynamic and carefree.
