Samsung Galaxy S9 camera gets updated with S10 features

Do you have a Samsung Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9 +? The company has pressed the update button for both models and an update is rolling out that mainly includes new features in the camera. The Galaxy S9 and S9 + receive new features that hit the market with the Galaxy S10 . We tell you all the changes, the main news of this update and how to install it on your mobile.

One of the main novelties we see in the front camera. Samsung has included a wide angle mode with a new button on the front camera. This button, which is inherited from the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus , allows us to go from an angle of 68 degrees to one of 80 . In this way, we can take somewhat more panoramic selfies. Here is an interesting detail, and that is that the front camera of the Galaxy S9 already allowed taking pictures at an angle of 80 degrees. What has changed? Samsung has realized that we don't always want wide-angle photos. That is why a somewhat cropped mode is added, for individual selfies.

When you use the front camera, the 68 degree mode will appear. In the front area, just below the mode, there is an option that allows us to switch to the wide angle . It is distinguished by icons. The update also brings improvements to camera modes, as well as fixes to minor bugs in the system. It also receives the March security patch.
