State-of-the-art aluminum design and power
As we say, the HP EliteBook 830 G5 is built in shiny aluminum, a material that gives it elegance and distinction. It is an ultra slim laptop weighing only 1.3 kilos, something that is appreciated, especially when transporting outside the home. This model has a 13.3-inch screen with a Full HD resolution. In addition, its panel is anti-glare, so we can use it without problems outdoors. It should also be noted that it has a backlit splash resistant keyboard.
Inside the HP EliteBook 830 G5 we find processors for all tastes. All of them Intel Core, ranging from i3, i5 or i7. Likewise, all are accompanied by various types of RAM memory of the user's choice. So we can choose 4, 8, 16 or up to 32 GB. The graphics section is handled by an integrated Intel HD Graphics 620. As for internal storage, the EliteBook 830 G5 offers up to 1 TB of space via SSDs . However, you can opt for a lower capacity, 128, 512 or 256 GB (all in SSD).
New microphone for noise cancellation
One of the most outstanding features of the EliteBook 830 G5 is the inclusion of a third microphone located on the outside. It has been placed to do double duty. Thus, if we are in a meeting, it will be able to capture the voices of other people so that they can join the conversation. In solitude, the microphone can be used for noise cancellation. On the other hand, this model comes with Bang & Olufsen sound. This is a plus, but it will be necessary to test it better to see if it has the expected quality.
Regarding connections and ports, the HP notebook includes WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2 , as well as a USB Type-C port or the usual USB 3.1 or HDMI ports. Some extras should also be noted, such as a fingerprint reader for greater security, an infrared camera or an ambient sensor.
Price and availability
