Find out if you can play Fortnite on your Android phone

As a good gamer worth his salt, surely you are looking forward to Fortnite to reach the Android application store, right? Well, we have two pieces of news that, perhaps, you don't like too much. The first is that the most famous Battle Royale game today, with the permission of PUBG, will arrive, exclusively, together with the long-awaited Samsung Galaxy Note 9, which will be presented on August 9. Only the owner of the next flagship of the Korean brand will have access to the game in the first instance, to later be deployed to other terminals. And what is the second 'bad' news? Which, apparently, cannot be played on all Android terminals.

On the official site of the game's developer, Epic Games , the list of terminals has been found in which, apparently, Fortnite can be played. Each phone contains specific specifications and not all will be able to withstand the demanding graphic level of the free-for-all game. This is the complete list of terminals in which you can play Fornite.

That is why the last terminal that appears reviewed is 'Android Other'. This list includes the terminals in which the Fornite has been successfully tested, so it is in continuous development and it is expected, of course, that it will increase with the passage of time.

Could Fortnite not make it to the Play Store?

According to the latest leaks in relation to Fortnite, everything indicates that Epic Games could contemplate another means of distribution for its game than the usual Android application store. In order for the developer to be able to locate his game within the Play Store, he must pay a percentage of his sales to the internet giant. And it is something that Epic Games, apparently, is not willing to do. The same would not happen, however, in Apple's application store, the App Store.

This discovery was made on the XDA developer forum . Some members of the forum have had access to the lines of code of the application and have been surprised that there is no trace of the Play Store, and yet there are lines that identify the Apple App Store. We will have to wait for it to be officially presented in order to clear up doubts.
